Regular and Express Shipping
All our merchandise is custom made at time of order. Regular delivery for merchandise is 10-20 business days. For Express Delivery* add an additional $10.00 and for Next-Day Express Delivery* add $20.00. If we're temporarily out of stock, you will be notified accordingly. Next-Day Service is available for delivery on the next regular business day. If you require Saturday delivery, please contact us at 1-631-704-4671 for delivery options based upon your specific location. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii follow the same rate schedule, however regular delivery will take an extra 3 days.

 

If the item(s) you purchased are drop shipped, you will receive the merchandise directly from the manufacturer in approximately 2 weeks from the date your order was placed.

 

*We regret that Express or Next-Day Service cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Recipient's telephone number is required on all orders. Note: Items that are weight or size prohibitive may not qualify for 2-Day or Next-Day Service.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any Order per our discretion, and will notify you promptly if your order is cancelled.

 

Shipping Promotions
Any promotional discount or allowance (i.e. Free Shipping) will be applied when the order is processed through our order department. Free Shipping offers do not include premium shipping charges or International orders.

 

International Shipping
For Canadian orders, The U.S. Virgin Islands, and U.S. Territories, please add $20 to the domestic ship method you select.

 

For other International Orders, please add $100 to the domestic ship rate you select. This covers the transportation and insurance charges. Items over 5 pounds cannot be shipped internationally.

 

We ship International Orders via UPS World Ship and or Federal Express. You can expect Delivery in one week to most locations.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any International Order per our discretion, and will notify you promptly if your order is cancelled.

30-DAY NO-RISK RETURN POLICY & GUARANTEES

 

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you may return any unused merchandise that has not been engraved or customized for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling). Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than Kingsbury Jewelers cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

 

 

 

Step #1: Call for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

 

To ensure that your return is processed according to your instructions, please call our customer service department at 631-704-4671 for a return authorization number (RA#), and/or provide exchange information. This number will insure that your return is processed correctly and in a timely manner.

 

Step #2: Packaging and Labels

 

Please complete the Return Form on the reverse of your shipping document and maintain a copy for you records. Be sure to include the return authorization number that you have been given by calling the above number, attach the form to your package and return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned to: KJC-More For Marketing, Inc. , Attn: Returns Processing, 60 Sutton Place South, New York, New York 10022.

 

Step #3: Care and Shipping.

 

Because the safe return of your package is as important to Kingsbury Jewelers as it is to you, please insure your package for the full value listed on the invoice. Ship your package via USPS REGISTERED MAIL and request a return receipt, which will assure you that your package has arrived at KJC More For Marketing, Inc.

 

Merchandise returned is the responsibility of the sender until it is signed for by KJC More For Marketing, Inc.. All jewelry and diamonds will be inspected by our gemologist prior to the refund being processed.
